Health and Care is unique in the challenges and complexities it presents. We grew from an NHS team and continue to be staffed by  practicing surgeons, clinical informaticians, academics with a focus on healthcare and epidemiology, subject matter experts with a background in health data and standards and others with a passion for healthcare and an understanding of how health and care is delivered and the challenges we face in transforming it.
